We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—he greeted us with fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome from the start. He also helped us arrange taxis and took the time to explain what to see in the city. Thanks to his recommendations, we truly enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Mary was an amazing host . Accommodation top notch , food fabulous and owner was helpful beyond belief. We had one and a half days in the park and managed to get to see the so much thank to the itinerary and support provided by our host Mary. She even realised we were running late for our train getting through through the park she suggested getting our driver she had booked for us to meet us at the exit point of the park. She goes beyond what you would expected of a host and we are so fortunate to have booked her homestay . We plan to come back 🙏

Just back from a wonderful stay at The Avatar Valley Villas and felt compelled to leave a note. Firstly, the location is absolutely spot-on. Situated nicely between both the Cathedral Gardens and Riverside Abbey, it meant we could enjoy a lovely short stroll to each – incredibly convenient and saved us no end of time. What truly made the difference, however, was the staff. Absolutely first-rate! Before we'd even quite figured out our plans for the day, the concierge (James, I believe?) proactively reached out to check if we needed any help with transport. Not only did they swiftly arrange a very comfortable car for our longer trip out to the hills, but they also helped us map out a sensible itinerary and went the extra mile by pre-booking our timed-entry tickets for both main attractions. Took all the usual faff and queueing stress completely out of the equation! It felt like they genuinely anticipated our needs as tourists. The whole experience was seamless, thanks to their thoughtf

Beautiful place! Hotel is in a strategical place near west gate and it’s very nice, very close to the mountains. Choose montain wiew room! But the best thing is the staff, Winnie will help you to organize everything, before and during the trip, she speaks perfect english. She is so precise and professional. I forgot some clothes in the hotel and she send them to me to another hotel and back to Italy. She is kind and beautiful. Rate 10/10

First of all, the staffs and the owner are very accomodating, kind and super helpful. They prepare delicious food for us according to our choice and according to what is available in their pantry. We especially liked the freshly picked vegetables everyday, freshly sliced fruits, and the hot green tea and black tea that their company produce. This boutique hotel is newly opened just at the beginning of this year. It is modern and clean.The location is beautiful. It is already inside the National Forest Park that you can just walk from the hotel to the main entrance of the park, get on the tourist bus, and it will take you to the most beauitiful view that we saw in Zhangjiajie, the Tian Zi Mountain. We extended our stay here than transferring to another hotel. because we liked our room, comfy and warm. We liked our pillows, and mattress, not too.soft not too firm, just perfect. We had a restful sleep every night and we always wake up to a good view . Special thanks to Mr. Zi, the staff who helped us all the way through. Took us to the sunrise spot and captured a memorable video for us. We also commend the manager/ boss of this hotel, he is always kind and welcoming. All the people that we met in this hotel and even in the neighborhood are warm and helpful.Treating you like a family. We also commend our private tour guide Jack who was recommended to us by the hotel. He is very professional and kind. He helped us to find good restauranrs after every tour. We would like to comeback again soon.

    I would like to call it the largest, warmest and most welcoming homestay in Zhangjiajie. The environment is so good, Zhangjiajie no other guest house is better than this, we stayed for five days, every day very happy. I will Amway all our friends come to Zhangjiajie to stay here.

    Close proximity to the tourist areas, and nearby restaurants/shops. Jack (hotel owner) is very kind and accommodating. Jack gave some recommendations on where to go, and also helped us to do laundry for our clothes. Very friendly, can speak english well, and easy to approach.
