We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—he greeted us with fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome from the start. He also helped us arrange taxis and took the time to explain what to see in the city. Thanks to his recommendations, we truly enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Yuelu Homestay was beyond fantastic. It’s located just a 5-minute walk from the west gate of park, making it a perfect base for exploring the stunning scenery. The rooms were clean, cozy, and provided everything we needed after long days of exploring, including a hot and cold filtered water dispenser and access to a washing machine. The proprietor, Lily, treated us like family from the moment we arrived, always making sure we had everything we needed. Lily prepared delicious meals for us each day, arranged our park tickets, and gave us invaluable advice on what to see and how to navigate the park, including maps she marked for us. We couldn’t have found our way around the park without her help. If you're looking for a place that feels like a home away from home, with excellent hospitality and a prime location for exploring the park, Yuelu Homestay is the perfect choice. I can't recommend it enough!

The private villas are ideal for families – no shared spaces, very peaceful. Loved the free access to the 5-star hotel pool with golf cart transfers! Staff helped us book tickets and plan day trips effortlessly. Great location between all the major parks. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place! Hotel is in a strategical place near west gate and it’s very nice, very close to the mountains. Choose montain wiew room! But the best thing is the staff, Winnie will help you to organize everything, before and during the trip, she speaks perfect english. She is so precise and professional. I forgot some clothes in the hotel and she send them to me to another hotel and back to Italy. She is kind and beautiful. Rate 10/10

The Pandora Hotel is wonderful and I'm going to tell you why: 1- it is located inside a unique natural park in the world, it is the place where heaven and earth come together to dance in balance 💃 🕺. 2- its design is harmonious and cosy, you feel at home when you get there, there is peace and harmony, that energy is perceptible from the moment you arrive 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. 3- the rooms are beautiful and very spacious, the furniture is elegant and functional, the mattresses of the beds are wonderful -soft and firm at the same time-, the view of the mountains ⛰️ 🏔️ is dreamlike, the bathrooms 🚻 are very well installed, the hot and cold water is abundant, the bedspreads and sheets of the beds 🛏️ are soft and beautiful white, the small and large pillows are incredible -comfortable and spacious-, the heating and air conditioning work very well, the white stairs are elegant and wide, the tea drinking space 🍵 is beautiful, the color of the carpets in the corridors combines very well with the whole building, the whole place simply embraces you warmly and invites you to be part of this wonderful planet, from majestic China. 4- the food is tasty and varied, all-natural and abundant, simply delicious. 5- the dining tables are beautifully set, and the presentation of the food is awesome. 6- the people who provide Hotel services are always willing to collaborate and smile often, which makes the Hotel a family atmosphere.     I booked here because it is close to both wulinghuan scenic area and zhangjiajie grand canyon. Jack is the man. He was brilliant. He and his brother came and picked me up from the train station, sorted out all of my tickets. Also helped me to buy some new shoes in wulinghuan when mine broke. A really amazing place to stay if you are foreigners visiting the area and need some help with getting around and local expertise. Jack's dad was also a great guy and offered me some tea. My room was great, very spacious with a huge bed and a/c

    It was a wonderful experience. Long Jing was so great. She picked us up and dropped us off every day. We didn't have to worry about how to get back to the hotel after entering the forest park, nor did we have to worry about the tour in the scenic area. Because Long Jing would give us maps for free and help us plan many trips according to the maps. The sumptuous breakfast was free. We chose to have dinner at the countryside restaurant. Believe me, we would have dinner very late. Because you especially enjoyed the wonderful night.

    The hotel environment is very peaceful and quiet, with the sounds of nature at night. It's an excellent choice for those with sleep disorders. From the hotel, you can see the peaks of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The hotel also offers many activities, such as cycling, swimming, catching fish by the stream, and even barbecue at night. The service is great too, with complimentary shuttle rides to the park entrance. Entering the forest park from the west gate means no queues at all. Highly recommended!
