Gloria and her family were the most welcoming people we met at Colombia. The place is extremely clean and comfortable, exceeding all expectations. Shower is great, a fan is enough to sleep in a cozy blanket, Gloria and Hormer will help you with anything you need to visit the desert, but by far the most amazing thing we did was to know the amazing work they are doing in their "Finca"to restore the vegetation and bring back the native animals.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel tour guide Esneider was amazing - gave us really useful information and travel tips. This was the first time in Colombia that I felt so safe! Would recommend 10/10.

Absolutely perfect location, great room with a fan. 5 mins walk from the observatory. Lovely social areas with hammocks. So many birds and wildlife around too! The owners are so friendly and helpful, helped us out with transport/ taxis. Food also really good.

Great hotel situated in the center of villavieja. The staff were very efficient in organising a guide for a tour of Tatacoa, getting laundry done , bus timetables etc The rooms are spotlessly clean and made over every day . Spacious bathroom. Small pool but nice to have during the hot days. There is a restaurant onsite but I did not try it . Overall a very positive experience and I would definitely come back .

A perfect place to get to know the Tatacoa desert, the rooms are simple but very consistent with the area. The attention of the staff is excellent. The coffee and breakfast were delicious.

Very friendly staff, breakfast is nothing spectacular but still very tasty. You're sleeping in the middle of the desert, in the nature. Nice spot to watch stars at night, it is extremely quiet during the night. Pool was also nice and clean.
