The day I arrived at the hotel, she was very friendly and I asked the girl at the reception if there was a possibility of preparing breakfast for us since the hotel did not have a restaurant. She told me that if they had a cook available, that we should book in advance. The next day, another girl who was on duty told me that she would bring me breakfast herself and it was all a lie. They made me waste my time. Very, very unprofessional towards the customer.

Absolutely gorgeous colonial hotel, only just recently refurbished and opened (I was the second guest ever in my room). Run by a lovely young family, very welcoming and accommodating beautiful neighbourhood and very secure gates.

Every aspect of this hotel is first class. The check in staff is extremly helpful. Breakfast is excellent . Location was perfect for what we wanted to see and do . Our room was looked after every day by two lovely ladies who did a fantastic job. Overall this hotel and its service helped to make this a truly great trip. We had an amazing stay at Rossa Palma. This is an extraordinary place. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast area was beautiful and relaxing. The food was also delicious. The entire staff was always available to help, and a special thanks to Oscar for making us feel so welcome and taking such good care of us during our stay! It was like we found a home away from home.

    The staff is nice and they put much effort into the room...

    The staff is nice and they put much effort into the room design but it is next to a busy noisy street. The street is the main problem as you cannot sleep well if this bothers you and you cannot use the terrace because of the noise. so all the green tehy like to highlight is not really enjoyable. It feels like being on a motorway. Some cups were dirty as well. The mirror in the bathroom could use more light.
