The island is just amazing! The staff, the food, the atmosphere it’s just perfect. And of course La niña and Papi, you’ll meet them if youbdecide to go there… Ideal if you want to chill out in the middle of the sea. Ps: big big must for the hapoy hour! The bartender are really good (try Piña Colada and Coco Locoo!)

Very beautiful hotel on a magnificent location 5 km from rincon del Mar. If you like peace and having the beach for yourself this is perfect. You need to get a small boat from Rincon del Mar to get there ( Cop 100.000 4 pax ) The place itself is beautiful and stylish. The food is good You can take the boat or walk ( 1,5 - 2 hours ) to Rincon for lots of good restaurants as well .

In the beginning I was thinking the price was too high for a shared dorm… when you get there you get what you are paying, the place looks like a resort! The staff is amazing, super kind people, as well as the atmosphere. Drinks also are great! I am a backpacker, so during my travel I don’t usually go to expensive places, but I was attracted mainly by the plancton tour. I am glad I’ve been there. It’s a unique experience, one of the best I’ve ever had. They will provide you snorkeling masks and take you to see the shiny jellyfish! Trust me it’s totally worth it, I also did another plancton tour in Cartagena but there is no competition. To see good plancton with proper masks and snorkel, go to el embrujo. Mosquitoes have not been a problem during my stay.

A true paradise, this hotel. It's a family-run business, which makes for a very authentic, charming and laid-back atmosphere. Everything is extremely clean and well-maintained. Our room offered views on the sunrise from one side, and on the sunset from the other. The food is absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a place to relax, this is it. And definitely way better than the bigger resorts on the islands, with crowded beaches blasting loud music all day long..

This place was my favorite one in my whole stay in Colombia! The place itself is beautiful with a private beach with blue sea and white sand, far from the public one but still close if you want to walk around. The room was beautiful with a seaview and super spacious with a good and clean bathroom. The staff is amazing - Dairon, Careli and the owners - are all lovely and friendly people. Their love for animals and nature is beautiful, Brownie the dog is super cute. All the meals ( breakfast, lunch, dinner) are delicious!!

We had a beautiful stay. We splashed out on the Vista Mar room, which was perhaps the most beautiful hotel room we have ever stayed in. It's a large, circular cabin built of wooden beams, with a conical, thatched roof. Best of all, if has a large balcony danging out over the turquoise water, and with its own hammock. Perfect for relaxing in the warm, Caribbean breeze. At low season (early May), we had the place almost to ourselves. Service from Kevin and the team was excellent. Food was basic but tasty, with great Colombian breakfasts. We particularly loved happy hour cocktails (2 for 1 between 5 and 6 pm) and then watching the beautiful sunsets.

The island truly is a natural wonder. If you plan to visit, keep in mind that it's a nature reserve, so you'll find animals everywhere (deer, monkeys, squirrels, and other small rodents).

The beaches are beautiful, getting there by boat from Tolú is very easy and quick, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the bathroom is very private and large, the food is delicious. What I didn't like is that some guests leave trash on the beach; this behavior should be penalized. We can't come to such a beautiful place and leave our trash behind.

Beautiful beaches in the heart of the Caribbean Sea.

Beautiful beaches in the heart of the Caribbean Sea. Easily accessible by boat from Cartagena (book separately). The island has only one hotel, which gives you the feeling of private beaches. You can relax here for a few days and enjoy the weather, the beach, and the tranquility.

An excellent relaxation and meditation plan.

An excellent relaxation and meditation plan. I was with a great group of tourists and participated in several activities. The sea was very calm, perfect for swimming. The biopark is typical of the region; you can interact with some non-native species and walk along trails. I should have been aware of the boat departure times.

Terrible place to stay, not worth the high price they charge. Upon arrival, they charged me 20% more than what I had booked on Booking.com. They gave no explanation, and when I requested an electronic invoice to file a complaint, they never provided it. They gave me a room that had to be accessed through dilapidated and unmaintained hallways.
