By blind luck on our part, the location turned out to be perfect: easy walking distance (to the extent walking is ever easily in hilly Manizales) from the monument at the top of Chipre, as well as the Ecoparque, and next to the Parque de Aguas, a good place to catch buses. The staff was not only helpful, but seemed intent on satisfying our needs before we even knew we had them. For example, they arranged our coffee farm tour and advised on transportation. We had a grand room with a view of sunrise over the mountains.

SCAPE IN LOVE. I love the calm and quiet of our stay there. We loved the views, the beautiful landscape, the birds, the flowers, and the delicious breakfast. We had a huge room with a balcony overlooking the rainforest which was awesome. Beds comfy and great showers! Food was excellent value for money and perfect for the long days out birding. Guides are excellent.
