It all depends on your goal.

It all depends on your goal. I visited Puerto Asís because of my flight arrival, but my main destination was Mocoa. However, I would recommend dedicating a day to Santana, where the old ferry crossing is located. It's about 15 minutes from Puerto Asís and is a beautiful tourist spot with restaurants and the majestic Putumayo River.
