We are amazed by the staff. They were helpful, friendly, did our check in very quick and we had to check out very early in the morning so we asked them to arrange our breakfast as a take away and they were more than happy to help. The view of the hotel was speechless. We were lucky to be there before sunset and had a chance to finish the day with a stunning sunset view. The room size was adequate, beds were comfy, bathroom was very clean and modernly designed.

Very pretty hotel! You could see that a lot of thought went into the design and the view from the net is absolutely stunning! The host was helpful and always available. The two super friendly dogs just complement the beauty of the place.

The town center is not touristic at all and some streets feel sketchy. Only recommended to do a day trip to the thermal baths. There are also nice view points around town. Not recommended for more than 1 or maximum 2 nights.

The nature is nice reception is nice, rooms are extremely smelly to chemicals and mold, very small hardly space to move around no place to leave even small luggage, unhelpful staff, my hole family got sick from the smell they didn’t offer options, we spend the hole day trying to get an alternative finally we had to leave the hotel at midnight with no place to go. As it was impossible to sleep in the smelly room. wasted our time going there is definitely not worth the money and is a health hazard.

I stayed at hotel San Vicente the place is never beautiful. The Hotel needs alot of TLC no heater no hot water food is terrible not worth the stay. Day trip recommended but definitely not the stay. Nasty

The Hot Springs were amazing.

The Hot Springs were amazing. The place is well kept with great services and amenities. I stayed at Matisses Hotel and Spa. I enjoyed both places. I was glad to visit both places because it made my vacation more interesting. There is so much natural beauty in both places, I am so glad that I was able to experience both. It was very easy to get to Santa Rosa de Cabal from Matisses Hotel and Spa. I recommend the scenery, ambiance, waterfalls, friendly locals, walking, relaxing, and food.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations given how cheap it is. The staff were so friendly (despite the language barrier we just about managed to communicate!), the hotel is decorated beautifully and we got upgraded to the huge jacuzzi room. The grounds are gorgeous and it was next door to a good restaurant so we didn’t need to go back into town for dinner

Excellent hostal. It feels more like a hotel than a hostal. The bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water and the room was very clean. The breakfast was the normal basis fruit, eggs and coffee but for the cost it was perfect. The host is super helpful and really looked after us. Highly recommend if you’re looking to visit the thermal spas near by.

Location is beautiful, cafe tour is one the best I have been to the place is new and is very well thought hotel wise the people who looked after us was the best part (in the old hotel) as it has new and old, the old is more like just a nice hotel
