The manager and staff were incredible friendly and helpful in answering questions and in arranging activities. I have never experienced this level of service with a smile before. It was truly exceptional service. They made you feel like you were their best friend.The manager who's name is (Carolina or Karolina) has the most magnetic personality and smile. The hotel common areas are clean, modern and nicely decorated. Another plus was they have their own 2 story parking garage and free parking. I loved this. If and when I go back to Jericho I will definitely stay there again. My stay there was my best experience with a hotel since I can remember.

This was a genuine boutique hotel taken out of any major international city and dropped into the beautiful town of Jardin. Rose and William have created an absolute gem here. More impressive than the physical building was the sense of purpose and happiness in the staff. Check in was a joy. And when I went to park the car in the secure facility the reception team were already asking about our stay, how they can help, and proudly talking about the owners. We will go back!

Hostel was very clean and well maintained. The facilities were exceptional. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Also the staff spoke English which was helpful for our stay. It is only a short walk to the main square and not too loud at night.
