The location above the lake with views changing with the time of the day. Only a few separate studios with terraces facing the laguna. Large wall-to-wall and flloor-to-ceiling windows. Stunning modern design. All of this set on a maticuosly kept property and interestingly modelled terrain, with lawns greener than the English lawn. The welcome from the owner Ana was more than warm! Her breakfasts and dinners super delicious, served on a roofed terrase with THE view. Our thanks go also to Ana’s staff, nice willing ladies. Thanks a lot!

Everything was great,

Everything was great, only down side is the busy narrow road around the town. Outer locations were quieter! We Loved Nuevo Arenal. It is a quaint little town about 40 min from Arenal Town. Although you can not see the Volcano from there, there are Beautiful views of Lake Arenal.. Great Restaurants and People.

Definitely a great alternative to travel to this area and...

Definitely a great alternative to travel to this area and forget about the everyday (Jacó, Guanacaste, Puntarenas) with its huge traffic jams and crowds. The drive here is very pleasant and relaxing, with no traffic, few cars, and a road in perfect condition. The food is incredible and very good value for money. There are many Italian restaurants and wood-fired pizzas.
