The owners are lovely, they offer a transfer from the airport which is only 16 mins away into nature... the property is magical. The breakfast was delicious and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

All of the staff, whether bell boys, waiters, reception staff, tour guides etc., are professional, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Lovely quirky rooms, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - delicious buffet and menu choices with a stunning view. The trails around the property were stunning, as were the gardens and pools. Staff were lovely - super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service, very clean, charming place with personality which makes you feel like you are in Costa Rica. A few hundred meters to a small center with a small supermarket and a handful of restaurants; we had Mexican which was nice. Solid breakfast included with fresh fruit, special made omelets, etc Our kid had birthday and the staff was so nice they had made a cake 🎂 which was a compliment from the house.

The place is clean, and very cozy it really feels like home. The host was amazing, always friendly and attentive. The location is very central, so everything is close by, and the airport shuttle service was a huge plus, super convenient. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again without a doubt.

Quite new so things worked well. Quite modern luxury. And you could walk to the other side of the street and visit another Hilton with a nice pool with greenery and more cozy facilities. They had a very nice area for sitting and working.
