Great hotel, stayed here for one night to recharge while traveling around with a rooftop tent. I read some negative reviews regarding the restaurant, but personally I can only compliment the food as well as all staff. The prices in the restaurant are below most of the restaurants in Costa Rica outside of hotels, which seems unusual. Kids loved the pool. We were happy to get a suite all the way in the back, which felt like being in the middle of the jungle.

Paradiselodge makes an exceptional stay…would highly recommend! Spotlessly clean, super comfy large bed, great breakfast, lovely hot shower, amazing view over the valley with waterfall from the bed and incredibly welcoming hosts. Note there is a well equipped kitchenette to prepare meals, a terrace to relax & dine, a lovely pool to use at all times, sun beds & umbrellas, trails to explore the estate, remote secure gate & boundary. All this in a great position to explore by car the beautiful nearby beaches & Nauyaca waterfalls, which is next door. The hosts Annett, Fritz & Peter have an immense wealth of knowledge about the local area & will help with suggesting tours, restaurants & places of interest. 10/10 well done team ParadiseLodge! 🤩

What a fabulous experience, from the friendly professional staff, the tranquil nature mountain setting, the sunset view pool, the delicious meals, the yoga deck, to the comfortable rooms, everything was perfect. We definitely wanted to spend a lot of time at the resort/hotel to enjoy it all. We saw toucans, agouti, and a sloth. Tip: Drive up during daylight for your first time, and use manual 1 or 2 to get up the hills. It gets easier after that! Thanks for the beautiful welcome, we can't wait to come back again. 💕

The property was lovely, with a pretty, shady and cooling garden which also had a covered seating area. My room was a single storey with a double and single beds. The room and bathroom were spotless, even the covered verandah with a little patio table, 2 chairs and a hammock! The property is on the edge of the small laid-back coastal town, where the only sound you awoke to was the sound of bird calls.

We have had a perfect stay at Rio Lindo. The owne4 has newly renovated this amazing place with a tastefull style. The rooms are spacious, clean and pretty. The new beds were very comfortable and the airconditioning was a great asset. The hotel has a pool and a bar which is a perfect place to have a drink, talk to some locals or have food. We have spoken to so many people just having coffee at the poolbar. Rio lindo and Dominical has a very warm, cozy feeling. For food suggestions. If you like pizza, Rio Lindo has his own chef and brick oven to make pizza's (among other dishes) but this pizza was the best one I have had since visiting Italy. Across the street there is Mama Toucan, which has the most amazing organic foods. Lovely banana bread, quinoa salads, and foods to take home. Thanks Ian and family for having us.
