A lovely quiet place. Very friendly host. Gaby called me when the spider monkeys were in the trees . So nice! Nearby beaches. Lovely view over the ocean from La Cruz, with nice restaurants.

My wife and I have stayed at Nasu Lodge for just over a month. In short, it was fantastic! The owners of the place, Gabi & Dani are very welcoming, open hearted and generous. They listened patiently to every single one of my numerous questions about the country, people, and life in Cost Rica. Also, when I needed to find a doctor, they made many phone calls for me to find a specialist. We have spent many hours exchanging our life experiences. Nasu Lodge has wonderful natural surroundings, many birds come to visit every day and can be observed while you relax in the hammocks. The owners are friends of nature and very knowledgeable about wildlife, nature, and even the ancient history of the region. The community kitchen is wonderful for bringing people together and it invites guests to share their adventures of the day. We came mainly for wind- & kitesurfing. For us the location was ideal to reach any of the nearby beaches by car. Gabi & Dani helped us to find breathtaking places to visit in Nature: Pozas, Waterfalls, legendary Witch’s Rock for classic surfing.
