The view is incredible! The jacuzzi was hot and enjoyable :) Compfy bed and nice kitchen. Also there was a tv in bedroom with a Netflix account installed. We really enjoyed the short stay here☺️

Lovely and very attentive staff. A great, newly renovated place with amazing views of San José. Very clean, modern and spacious rooms. Nice outdoor area. Good breakfast. We absolutely loved it!

We liked it a lot because it was close to the places we wanted to visit, and also the hotel was very nice! The only thing that wasn't good was the pool, it was very cold.

Fantastic service, very clean, charming place with personality which makes you feel like you are in Costa Rica. A few hundred meters to a small center with a small supermarket and a handful of restaurants; we had Mexican which was nice. Solid breakfast included with fresh fruit, special made omelets, etc Our kid had birthday and the staff was so nice they had made a cake 🎂 which was a compliment from the house.

Quite new so things worked well. Quite modern luxury. And you could walk to the other side of the street and visit another Hilton with a nice pool with greenery and more cozy facilities. They had a very nice area for sitting and working.

Family run and so friendly and safe. Loved the garden & inside outside vibe. The area is gorgeous and has great shops & restaurants. Breakfast is huge, but you can tailor it to your needs. Poor dad went from trying to feed me everything to 2 perfectly boiled eggs. A great base in San Jose and a very nice neighbourhood.

I really liked how clean and well maintained the property is. The rooftop terrace is excellent value, a perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful views of the neighborhood. The service was also outstanding; the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I arrived just in time for the meet-and-drink event, which was a brilliant opportunity to socialise with other travellers. I even met a few people heading to the same destinations as me, which worked out perfectly for sharing rides.

Our room overlooked the main road with a view of Poas Volcano. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a hairdryer. The hotel was recently opened, so everything was nice and new. Had a meal from the restaurant which was great. Buffet breakfast was also very nice with lots of options. Great option if you need an overnight stay close to the airport (5 mins away). Next door to the City Mall which is handy if you want to do a little shopping. Also close enough to do a day trip to Poas Volcano, La Paz Waterfall and the Starbucks Coffee Farm.
