This was exactly what I needed. Somehow they have created this peaceful vibe, so you feel you’re living in nature. The beach was steps away with gorgeous sunsets, and barely anyone else on the beach. The pool was right there to cool off. House was super clean and equipped with everything, including a comfortable bed!

Everything was perfect. I was a bit afraid of the breakfast, cause it is a surprise, but the two mornings I had breakfast there it was amazing, rich and delicious to the point I hasn’t hurry for many hours. Thank you Johanna and Greg for the kindness !

Emanuel was so helpful in checking in, helping us with laundry and recommendations! the room was great! plenty of space for us and a really nice bathroom. only a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and cafes so couldn’t fault it and would stay there again for sure! perfect for a few days in tamarindo

The property is so central to the main area. There is a fabulous pool area with an ice machine and great amenities. The room is a perfect size and very comfy beds. The staff were so lovely. My phones and purse were stolen and they did their absolute best to help me and even offered to stay another night free of charge to help in the situation I found myself in. Thanks so much again to all at Ten North 🌸🙌

Its been a few times that I have stayed in Casa Leona as I travel for work very often. I work in the hospitality industry and I can assure everything is always perfect. Over the years they have kept the installations and rooms in wonderful conditions. The employees have always been very accommodating and breakfast is always delicious. The best breakfast I have had at any hotel! This is a small hotel located one block of the Main Street of Tamarindo, super close to all the shops and restaurants. Walkable distance. The night guard is very lovely and helpful.

    We stayed here to be in a quiet place away from tourist...

    We stayed here to be in a quiet place away from tourist towns, and it was perfect. The best part was how clean and thoughtful the space was. The decks are almost as big as the house, so we spent a lot of time outside, there are monkeys that go by. There’s plenty of restaurants and shops in Avellanas, a 4 minute car ride away. We loved the sunsets on the beach out front, there were only 5 or 6 people on the beach. It was exactly what we wanted!
