The room was very spacious and well equipped. Comfortable bed, powerful shower and very clean. Superb views and a great outdoor sitting area. The restaurant was very good, all meals were of high standard. Nancy was exceptional, providing great service but going over and above to ensure our stay was perfect. She helped organise our tour in the Cloud Forest, and came in early to provide breakfast before we went.

I loved the concept of the hotel, it was just exquisite. I am deeply thankful for Natalia, the lovely concierge, who was just exceptionally kind and made it so that all our questions and all the activities were well arranged. I also want to thank Stephen, who took care that our room was in pristine cleanliness every time, and I also remember the lovely staff at the restaurant (Paola, Vio, Hazel, Axel, Carla) who were just a joy every time they helped for breakfast, dinner or cocktail classes. The hotel's facilities were incredible, the garden is something else to behold, the concept they have from farm (Finca Madre Tierra) to table is something deeply educational that I recommend people try, and the nightfall Savia experience with Daniel si just magical. And on top of that, there's oodles of fun to be had at the brewery, so cheers to Hotel Belmar for making it all so special for me.
