We arrived at 3pm at the place appeared deserted we looked for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to check in. We finally left so we weren’t on the steep roads after dark.

The cabins were really lovely, set in beautiful grounds with tropical plants, coffee, banana and sugar plantations. There is a nice pool. The place is family run, and all the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. There is a beautiful path round the perimeter of the property through woodland that allows you to see birds and other wildlife. There was a sloth in the grounds when we were there, but unfortunately we did not see him. The reception organised a ziplining excursion and a night tour with a nature guide. Would definitely recommend the place and would stay there again.

The location could be considered remote but with a car that is not a problem and indeed suited us best as it was very peaceful. The Cabin was ideal, the food was good, the staff very pleasant and they have a lovely pool
