Great place to stay, kitchen with full facilities, free airport shuttle, breakfast was great, pool nice and warm, walkable to grocery store (10 mins), animal rescue (30 mins), butterfly gardens (30 mins), safe area. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Close to the airport. We got an upgrade to a bigger room, very comfy bed, super clean. The owner is a very nice lady, she gave us advice on restaurants in the area and we got some chocolates from her. Breakfast was good

Quite new so things worked well. Quite modern luxury. And you could walk to the other side of the street and visit another Hilton with a nice pool with greenery and more cozy facilities. They had a very nice area for sitting and working.

Great place! It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood called Among, and it’s also within walking distance from downtown, where you can visit the National Theatre and the main market with typical local food. Dani and Karen gave me amazing service—Karen welcomed me with a big smile, and Dani joined us at the bar to play beer pong. I highly recommend it and I’ll definitely come back. By the way, if you’re looking for a massage, look for Oscar—he’s the best and will relieve all your stress.

Perfect location in the centre of San Jose. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. When we had an early tour we were given breakfast to take away with us. Excellent value for money!!

Apartment on the 11th floor.

Apartment on the 11th floor. Very comfortable with all the basics to be at ease. The host was attentive. The pool was very nice. Parking was good. Bars and restaurants are on the first floor. Parking area. We went to see the rooftop terrace on the 21st floor; the garden was beautiful.
