Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food. Beautiful acommodation. Nice location. The evening entertainment was very tasteful. After dinners nice and pleasant walks to the centrum of Sal Rei which took about 25 minutes (there is an option to order taxi for the lazy ones .-) )

Perfect location in the center of the small town, beach, bars, restaurants and local shops in within 10 mins walk. The owner of the apartment was there to greet me on arrival, kept in touch the whole time in case I needed anything, overall you could not wish to meet a nicer person.

I loved the location! Excellent point of the beach/cost line! It's in a secure site with entrance guard . It's calm and quite . Spacious rooms Nice balcony/teras Owner lives in next door bungalow, feels safe . He is extremely friendly, easy going person and very helpful if you need. Great Island to visit in Cabo Verde not as consume by tourism like Santa Maria in Sal. I would recomend for long stays to plan ahead and make sure you have whatever booking of tours, rentals, etc... before hand otherwise you´ll have to improvise. North and South island have great landscapes to visit and the town has some attractions to rest between adventures.

Sal Rei is he Capitaol of Boa Vista Cape Verde. It is a small city on the water. There are many options for hotel and restaurants. It is tropical in temperature so dress accordingly. Expolre all of the food(restaurant) options as there are many. The beach is fantastic

A lovely little town of exceptionally friendly folk.

A lovely little town of exceptionally friendly folk. The vibe was relaxed, we all felt safe, even travelling with young kids, and it was nice to get away from our city life. People really welcomed us and we could see that it was a genuine interest towards us which made all the difference. The beach is outstanding, very clean, unspoiled and peaceful and goes on for miles. The food was beautifully seasoned everywhere we went and everyone gave us a smile. Beautiful place.

Sal Rei, although the capital of Boa Vista is small and the people are friendly. It is easily posible to walk around Sal Rei in an hour. Several beach bars in the area where you can just chill. Everything is very relaxed.

Perfect place to relax if you like a beach destination.

Perfect place to relax if you like a beach destination. In the island there are plenty of really nice white sand beaches completely empty. Very calm place. I would not recommend it though if you are looking for a party place, they have a few bars but not many people around. Locals are lovely and food is great. Good for a relaxing holidays but I would not stay more than a week as there is not much to do around.

Sal Rei is small and the locals are very nice and sympathetic. The local language is Portuguese but you always gonna found someone that speaks English. In the center you can found cellphone chip, gas station, supermarket, bakery, simple but good! For those who wants to Kitesurf, Morabeza beach is the point, the wind is offshore and gusty, but most of the kite schools they have a little boat that can help you to come back to the beach, rescue your board, etc.

Spacious apartment, fully equipped with a huge balcony with sea view. Confortable beds, which I rarely find while on vacation. Ac working well so we were always confortable inside despite the heat outside. Mosquito nets in the doors and windows ensure the insects were kept outside. Jose, the host, was available to help at all times and give suggestions on activities for the holidays. Close to restaurants and other relevant stores in Sal Rei. All withing walking distance. And the best right in front of Praia do Estoril which is amazing!

We loved our stay at Guest House Orquidea. The guesthouse is beautiful and extremely well located for a stay in Sal Rei, with the beach only a stone's throw away and many restaurants within 5-10 minutes of walking. We loved all the animals living at the guesthouse, it was decorated to a high standard and the swimming pool was also a nice surprise on arrival. The breakfast area was a lovely spot to start the day and everything was kept clean. It was also good value for money.

We had a wonderful (first!) holiday on Boa Vista. Nos Kasa is in a great location; beaches, restaurants and shops are all close and within walking distance. The B&B is beautifully and practically furnished. The view from the balcony is amazing. In the mornings, you're woken up by the sound of the fisherman. Thank you so much, Sonia

I had a great stay and Wagner and the staff could not have been more helpful. The Hotel is modern, clean with a fantastic roof top bar overlooking the sea. Great breakfast too. I'll be back next year!
