I think I have almost never encountered such a nice, clean and super good smelling flat. You wouldn’t expect it somewhere in the countryside, but this flat is a gem with a new bathroom and nice furniture and everything you need (like some drinks in the fridge and lots of coffee in the kitchen and so on).

We spent one night in Penzion Fann during our trip to Denmark. Our apartment was lovely clean with comfortable beds. Getting into the apartment with the numlock box was smooth and we didnt have to wake up anyone with our late night arrival. I would definately stay here again.

We only had one night at hotel Kotyza, and booked it as it was close to the highway. However, you can’t hear the highway at all. The town is very charming and we were lucky to have a balcony facing the square. The staff were very helpful and friendly. If it wasn’t because we had to drive to our destination the next day, I would have loved to stay a few more nights and explored the area.

Absolutely fantastic stay in Humpolec, the apartment is located in family house in the center of town, but quiet place. The communication with owner (lady Novakova) was really nice and friendly. The apartment itself is really great, newly renovated flat with separate entry with entry room, garderobe room, big and comfortable living room with kitchen and wide bed. Bathroom is nice & big enough. The flat looks much better then on pictures. We have really enjoyed our stay there and we can fully recomend this place to couples, who want to spend nice, quiet and private time in Humpolec!

Generally we had a great time at the house/ apartment. It is spacious for a family of 4, 2 adults 2 teens. The toilet and the kitchen were fully equipped. We felt like being the first at the house. There was a Christmas tree décor in the house. Everything was like pretty new and unused. The house is very warm! The fridge had refreshments, some food and Christmas cookies and there were instant coffee to make. The location is peaceful, not in the heart of a town but we didn't walked, because we had a car, and we were on daytrips during the day. The nearest town was 2 3 minutes far with the car. The parking is at the yard, free, in front of the house. Generally the house is quite centrally located for daytrips in the whole country, the lovely Czech Republic. It is 5 minutes from the highway to Prague, Praha! The lady at the phone was very polite and her parents gave us the key at the arrival. They didn't speak English, but they were very polite and always with a smile and google translator helped for the details. A problem with the hot water, we didn't have for a night, was solved the next morning, and because of that, we were offered gifts from the owners mother antik shop near the house. Very polite from the owners to do so. Thank you for the very much for the nice stay! Hope to come back!
