It was really amazing hotel to stay in the heart of Prague. Staff was really helpful with any questions that there was. Also location was in the center of Old Town with easy access to all shops and restaurants around. Room was large with so much personal room. Amazing. Totally worth the money. Would recommend to stay there. And also the breakfast was amazing for a small hotel.

A wonderful hotel in every possible way. The location (right in the heart of Prague, just a one-minute walk from Charles Bridge), the service, the food — everything is of the highest quality. The large, spacious room was more than enough for us! The reception staff were always ready to help with any question or issue, the dining room team offered quality coffee and a good breakfast, and the hotel’s wine bar had an excellent selection of fine wines. Our room was thoroughly cleaned even though we didn’t ask for it — a big plus. We highly, highly recommend this hotel! Truly an amazing experience. We were a family with two children.

High quality hotel with a focus on practical luxury. Although, the lobby and other groundfloor areas may not look as lavish as other 5* competitors, the rooms and facilities are exceptionally thought through and of high build quality. The staff are exceptional also. I had the pleasure of dealing with Petra, Iryna, Airu, Taulant and Ivan. The rooms are carefully thought through, beautifully furnished, pleasant wood and cream colours.

Everything was perfect. The service is perfect, from all personnel. The room had everything we needed: comfortable bed, big storage compartments, large bathroom with spacious shower, coffee machine. The breakfast was fabulous, many various foods and drinks , desserts and fruits. Also there are little treats that hotel offered , like mulled wine and apples at reception. When we checked out, we received goodbye present, little oil olive bottle with hotel logo (nice touch 😀). The location is great, walking distance from the Old Town, Charles Bridge, Perrin hill, etc.
