if you hiking, biking, running, swimming, fishing, or just wishing to have silence - it is excellent place but do not forget to have food with you because super/restaurant is closing too early and nothing you can find in the city suggest renting car because it is very small city and one central street of 100-200 meters, no more. .. but city itself has nothing to see inside. after 19:00 you can find only alcohol everywhere and not any small piece of food :-) ...Guest review byIssaharIsrael - 8.0

While it is a seasonal tourist town for summer and winter holidays, the ambiance is still quiet and friendly instead of nearby larger places like Lipno nad Vltavou. Small shops for groceries are present. The nearest large shopping centre is at the beautiful city of Ceský Krumlov. Visit Lipno nad Vltavou for the fun ride in the bobsled, Treetop Walkway and go skiing of langlaufen. In the summer, have fun on the lake with rental paddle boards or go hiking in the woods south of the lake. We were in Frymburk out of the season , so i cannot provide...
We were in Frymburk out of the season , so i cannot provide and objective review. During out stay, the most restaurants were closed. Also the near attractions were closed. We were using local hairdresser service from Milena Juhaňáková on Náměstí 76 38279 Frymburk. The lady was very unpleasant.Guest review byLuciaGermany

Clean, beautifully designed, free parking, free saps, boats to rent. Very quiet, beautiful sunsets on the lake. Many things to do in the area with kids. 7 minutes walk/1 minute drive to Frymburk where you can eat, shop, rent bike etc. Michal was such a great host, helped us with everything we needed with a smile.
