I was not able to have breakfast in the hotel due to my early duties, so Lenka was so kind and brought me the prepared box earlier that morning, before my hotel checkout. I contacted Lenka about the hotel's cleaning and ironing services, but it turned out that, due to my short stay, I would not be able to use them. Upon my arrival at the hotel, an iron and an ironing board were provided in my room. Thank you, Lenka. The rest of the staff was very helpful as well.

I was truly amazed at the outstanding quality of this hotel. The rooms were modern and newly furnished. However, the standout feature has to be the service - it was extraordinary. I've never encountered such friendly, delightful staff who were eager to assist even at 1 am. The experience was certainly worth the price!

After a long day of exploring Chlumec nad Cidlinou, sinking into the cozy, well-made bed was like a dream come true. It's clear that the hotel takes great care in ensuring guests have a restful night's sleep. Speaking of the rooms, I was pleasantly surprised by their decent size. Amazing location of accomodation to stay for Ironman race, right next to transition area, with own underground garage parking available. Would highlight the client centric service and support of the manager Mr.Andel. Thank you, will certainly come again!

Very nice big sport resort, my kids liked a lot that we had bowling and i enjoyed the wellness.

The location is excellent. The hotel personel is perfect. Especially I would like thank you to Stanislav to give me information and if I need any thing he helps a lot. Breakfast is really clean and smells good. I also thank you to Eva to prepare delicious breakfast. The room and heating are good and silence room is perfect to sleeping. I prefer always Grand Hotel when I am in Hradek Kralove.

Perfect location on the main square of Hradec Kralové. Parking is inside the yard, but relatively expensive. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with a big shower. Heating in the room could be adjusted individually. No aircon in the room but we travelled in winter so it was not an issue. Breakfast is a highlight in this hotel. Jorgos is the chef and he created a Greek breakfast with lots of delicacies from his homeland. Choice was great: we had a lot of Greek specialities besides the usual hotel offering. Jorgos is also a very nice guy.
