The owners went above and beyond to ensure that we were very comfortable. Location was perfect as it was very close to bus stop that goes to city frequently. There are even good restaurants, mini-marts and a nice pub near the accommodation if you just want to chill for the day. The owners even gave us a lift to the airport to help us catch our flight back to UK, when we woke up very late and uber was being very slow 😅, now that's what i call excellency in hosting. I will make sure that I always book with them anytime I come to prague in the future as well. Barbara and her partner were very gracious and made us feel very welcome in prague. Best customer service from hosts, in all my years of travelling. The accommodation in itself was perfect with a nice garden to have a beer and a super friendly cute fat cat.

I loved everything about this gorgeous place. Every little detail was just beautiful and like a piece of art. It’s a magical place with my favourite location in Prague. The staff were amazing and really genuinely friendly and welcoming. We had the most wonderful stay and loved every moment of our romantic getaway at the Hotel U Raka. The gentlemen at reception in the late afternoon and night shift took super good care of my mum. I've spoke with them over the phone and both really helpful and kind. Gentlemen on the night shift went above and beyond and help my mother a lot sorting taxi and some issues on her phone. Amazing service!
