I loved the central location, the clean and cosy rooms, the lounge area with the fresh water station, and super friendly staff. The city itself is well worth a visit and I would absolutely stay here again if I return. The art on the walls and cute, small details really were the cherry on top.

Such a lovely hotel! The room was large and beautifully decorated. The hotel is very quiet at night, even sleeping with the windows open, I heard nothing. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly. And the area around the hotel is so pretty! Lots of restaurants and beautiful shops right in the nearby streets.

The girl at reception (Charite???) was incredible! We stayed in the tower and it was like living a fairytale. Pity it was just an overnight stop. Would have liked a day extra in Lüneburg. The town itself is quite pretty and interesting. Underground parking was good and safe!
