The hotel is located in the middle of a small village. Attractive building with bags of character. Very friendly welcome and staff. The room was not huge, but large enough. Good breakfast, served until 11am, really good if you are on holiday and don't want to get up too early. Simple evening meals are available, except Mondays and Tuesdays. For a more extended menu, you are well served in the restaurants in Zell, about 5km upstream.

It's a very beautiful hotel in the heart of Cochem, near the Moselle river, within walking distance to all sights.     Apartment well positioned in the village of Alf and has amazing view on the river Mosel. The balconies let you enjoy your morning, afternoon or evening coffee with an amazing view. Apartments are very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and provide all amenities one would look for. One of the most amazing things are the beds. So comfortable! In all the apartment has it all, even a coffee machine!

    The staff and location are definitely the best. Staff was very kind and communication went well even if we don’t speak German. The location is amazing - indeed a castle, you feel back in time. The garden is beautiful and the area super peaceful. The hotel is 10 minutes walking from the main hiking trails in the region, and it is easy to access by car. Plus: very pet friendly!

    I booked this hotel for my parents who are older and for my teen granddaughter. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful, and went out of their way to help my parents. The hosts also accommodated a later check in and were easy to communicate with. The apartment was really spacious and really comfortable, and had all of the amenities that they would need.

    The location near the Mosel was beautiful and breakfast was really delicious. Parking was very easy despite the small town thanks to the hotel's own parking lot.
