The location was idyllic – a small, charming village with houses in the typical local style (red brick) and beautifully kept gardens. The property had the same feel. Walking into the courtyard felt like stepping into a peaceful garden retreat. What made it even more unique was the owner’s passion for the Wild West. In the garden, there was a little corner with a handmade Saloon sign, rocking chairs, and other details he had crafted himself. Our host was a wonderful, very talkative gentleman who happily shared stories about his horses, saddles he’d brought from the US, and the western-style touches he’d added to the place. The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Overall, a very pleasant stay at Romantikgarten.

The staff, blonde lady, very friendly it feels at home. I liked the coffee machine at the reception with 24:7 access. It’s very clean very minimal and beautiful and historic .

Location outside of the city. Its not a typical chain hotel where everything is available 24/ 7 but honestly this also adds charm to its character. Property builds on heritage of the buildings giving it very genuine feel during the stay. They do facilitate dogs which in my case is a big winner ! Rooms are very clean and staff is extremely helpful and facilitating even if one comes late. Breakfast is fabulous.

I loved the central location, the clean and cosy rooms, the lounge area with the fresh water station, and super friendly staff. The city itself is well worth a visit and I would absolutely stay here again if I return. The art on the walls and cute, small details really were the cherry on top.

This is an old stud farm which has been partially demolished, added on to and remodelled as a small luxury hotel to the highest standard. Architecturally inside and out is exceptional. The bedroom we had was on the ground floor in the annex with a terrace and opened up to an expanse of greenery and fields.

I slept in a standard room queen size bad. The bed and pillow are one of the most comfortable to sleep on! Fantastic! Friendly guy at the reception.

Close to the motorway exit, free parking in front of the hotel. Very convenient to have a supermarket, pharmacy and gas station just next to the hotel. The appartment was spacious (7 beds for our family of 5) and clean.

    Glockenhof Stuntman is a true gem, a hidden treasure out on the Lünebürger country side. A fantastic hotel set on a equstrian resort. Super friendly staff, dogs welcome, generous buffé with lots of vegetables. Marvelous owner family. 100% recommended. A place to return to.
