A beautifully restored historic hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and a welcoming dog-friendly atmosphere.     I had stayed at this hotel before and it had lost none of its pleasantness. I arrived later than expected and did not want dinner although I was offered it. I had a beer instead, which was extremely good and very refreshing! The car park is separate from the hotel but close, just across the road.

    The staff are extremely friendly and nice. They go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Breakfast and dinner is amazing. Swimming and sauna is always clean, quiet and comforting. I love staying at this hotel.
