Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection of breads, cheeses and meats served at our table, plus our choice of eggs. We also had dinner the night before, which was a memorable meal. Our room was beautiful, modern and new. We loved it.

Amazing experience. The Suite rooms in the annex/dependence deliver great comfort besides being isolated from the main building (2mns walking max). The place is quiet and offers a nice view over the golf area. And you get extra preparation in the room if you have a dog (dogs are not allowed in the main building). The SPA is speechless. 4 different atmospheres, the infinity outdoor pool and the indoor pool (water could have been a bit warmer inside and in the jacuzzi) are big. I did not try the Gym but I had a look and it was well above standards. The breakfast is a mix of continental breakfast with local specialties. We went to the Övenhütte for the dinner. The place is nice and many local dishes are on the menu. Better to book a table in advance, especially for early dinner. This restaurant is also a 15/20mns walking distance from the hotel.

Very clean & modern. TV had Netflix option, WiFi worked great and the AC cooled the room properly. Breakfast was great and had lots of vegan options. Drinks were outstanding

With a two night stay comes a card, which allows you a free use of some attractions nearby (and also not so nearby). We used it for a ship ride under the Rheinfall in Switzerland. So if you are contemplating staying at this hotel, this card can be a plus. The hotel itself has something that could be called a "ruhige Lage" in German. In fact it's in a small village, not far by car from the city center of Donaueschingen. Not far means five minutes. Our triple room had a balcony, but unfortunatelly we didn't have spare time to fully enjoy it. But we can imagine sitting on it and observing the countryside. The room was quite spacious, clean and with comfortable beds.

    Great location for the marathon weekend. The hotel is in the center of the old town, a five-minute walk away from the marathon starting and finishing point. On this weekend they adjust breakfast starting time from 8 to 6:30 which is usually the weekday starting time. Spacious single room although the bed is quite small. Many rooms have their own balconies. Good value for money.

    The hotel is located in the ancient centre of Braunlingen, a very picturesque town with lots of hiking trails in the aerea (wutachschlucht is a highly recommended). Parking is on the street, free without limitations, and there are plenty of spaces. There's plenty of choice at the breakfast buffet.

    Beautiful views of the country side from the balcony! Good size bed with a single mattress (not two put together). Very responsive hosts when asking questions. Easy to understand check in procedure - no issues. Well stocked kitchen for its size. No oven but the fridge was larger than other hotels.
