Very polite,helpful and welcoming staff. It’s just a pity that reception opens at 13:30. I also wished that there would be water dispenser for guests to be able to fill up water bottles. Otherwise all was brilliant.

Stunning location, clean room, staff all pleasant, terrace for evening meals and breakfast offered fantastic view of the castle and surrounding hill sides. Breakfast selection very good with plentiful choices . Evening menu very good value although there wasn't an English version available so had to rely on staff translation.

Huge beds! we were travelling with a baby and didn’t requested baby bed because we’re cosleeping but they prepared extra bed which was great to put next to a normal bed just for extra space for safety. I loved it! our bed turned out enormously big!

Breakfast! We loved the breakfast, especially the Brötchen. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay here when we return. We did have to laugh when I asked about parking. It seems that the entrance to the parking was definitely was made for a Trabant. :)

The environment and staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and accommodating (our train was quite late), and the location is central and easy to access. It is only a ten minute walk from the station and is right next door to the Bachhaus (appropriately named)

Wartburg Castle is a gem definitely worth a stop for the...

Wartburg Castle is a gem definitely worth a stop for the history and beauty represented there. The steep hike up to the top is through pretty woods with lovely views, and the cafe at the top has a good selection of food, beers and coffee! We took the guided tour which I would recommend.

A most interesting town with the houses of both Martin...

A most interesting town with the houses of both Martin Luther & Bach to explore. The church was also very interesting and the lady in the church was most helpful with advice about the surrounding area. Eisenach is a good centre from which to explore either by train or car.

This place was magnificent!

This place was magnificent! The host was very understanding when we had to push back our check in time due to delayed flights. The directions were easy to follow to locate the keys and there were lists of house rules that were easy to read and understand. The house was wonderful, there was plenty of room for the 8 of us that stayed together. The only drawback of this property was that there is only 1 bathroom with a shower and a tub which was a slight problem working around each other, but other than that everything was great. We especially loved the fireplace in the living room and we were very happy there was plenty of fire wood for us to use. I wish we could have stayed here longer but we are very grateful for the time we did have.

If you were into history and culture, Eisenach can be very interesting. It is the birthplace of Johann Sebastian Bach and an important town in the history of Martin Luther (there are museums for both). The town castle played an important role in the Protestant Reformation and has been fully restored. Definitely a wonderful place to visit. For sightseeing and a city tour, the city is a lovely typical German small town which is definitely worth a visit, but a visit longer than a day or two might get a bit monotonous.

Easy to walk around town.

Easy to walk around town. Important attractions easy to find and absorb in a day, or two if you want to see Wartburg as well, which is great. The Bach house was a bit of a let-down as there's next to nothing pertaining to the genius but the lot of info nearly makes up to it. The city museum is impressive in the palace on the main square.

Very comfy, calm and conveniently located hotel with great staff. I was checking in late so they called me to explain thoroughly where can I find the keys. Still I was so tired checking in at 21.30 that somehow locked myself out of the room. You'd think they'd be annoyed since the reception was already closed and they had to come from home to open the room for me - nothing further from what happened! The person who came was so kind and understanding! Very classy! I totally recommend this hotel!

Excellent location of the hotel. Everything nearby, from Kaufland supermarket, city center, train- and bus station. Personnel is very friendly and accommodating. Because I was traveling alone I had a single-room. Bed was larger than I expected. The room was very clean. Parking at the back of the hotel for 10 Euro a day. Breakfast was sufficient, actually all you need is there. Though I myself am not vegetarian or vegan, I noticed this hotel pays attention to this at their breakfast.

For the price, the room has an adequate size. It was clean and had everything I needed. The bathroom has enough space (more than I expected. actually). The location is really good. Not the most beautiful part of the city, but 100m from the Bach Haus Museum, less than 10 minutes walk to the center and 30 min walk from the castle. The staff was 100% friendly and helped whenever I needed. Breakfast was a standard good hotel breakfast. I would come back anytime.
