Fantastic location as it was close to the office and the centre, so getting around just by short walks was very enjoyable. The hotel itself is a very high standard and decorated very well, as the name suggests. The staff were incredible, extremely patient, courteous and helpful, and they could not have made our stay more pleasant. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and shower was perfect. Note that wifi was also good and included in the room rate... 😊 I am looking forward to many more stays here in the future, when visiting our office in Emmendingen. Normally I would stay in Freiburg but this hotel is a real game changer.

The appartement was great, there was a lot of toys for our 2 year old kid on the common area. There was also a very nice parc for him nearby (5 minutes walk). The tenants were very and welcoming.

The host, Julia, was always accessible via WhatsApp and was so helpful and accommodating when our flight was cancelled and our plans changed. The apartment is brilliantly located within easy walking distance of all the amenities. It was clean, well equipped, and very spacious for our family of five. Perfect for adults and kids!

The rooms are modern, very clean and have everything one needs. There was a desk with two chairs, a closet and even a small balcony. The staff was extremely friendly and we were able to work in the newly created open work space. Breakfast is decent, not huge but nice options and everything was tasty.

This is a perfect hotel for a restful night or two or three in the black forest region. A babbling brook right next to the hotel lulls you to sleep. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is very stylish (Vitra Design- beautiful art books, an unusual combination of traditional and modern- with many surprising and enjoyable features. Our dog was welcomed. The breakfast fulfilled every wish I could’ve had more. I can highly recommend this hotel in Glottertal. Thank you.

The room and bathroom were large, it also had a large balcony with table and chairs. The meals were excellent and of good value. The breakfast which was included had a large select of breads, ham, cheese, boiled and scrambled eggs, cakes, fruit, etc etc

    The hotel had absolutely no human contact at all, no...

    The hotel had absolutely no human contact at all, no reception, no idea where the programmed room key number was. There was also a locked up lift, so we had to climb the stairs to the room...thankfully it was just one level... When there were issues, there was noone to talk to until the next morning...

    Very nice hotel in a good location in Emmendingen. Big room, very clean, modern decoration, high quality everywhere. Staff very kind. Free minibar in the room and free coffee machine in the hallway with good coffee. Underground parking possible. Very good soundproofing.

    Nice building and entrance hall with bar. Vwr charming. The restaurant room with a tiled stove. Free parking next to the hotel. There was a little christmas market just in front of the hotel. The room was very big. The hotel has a lot of old school charm and class.
