Flintsbach is the perfect location for a longer stopover on a trip between Middle Europe and the Mediterranian Sea. The beauty of the countryside its its nativeness is marvellous. A few minutes walk of the village you can enjoy the Prealps. Hiking on the Petersberg or to the Riesenkopf is nice and you can enjoy finally the scenic view. One of the oldest rack railways is a short walk away and you can drive on the top of the Wendelstein without any stress. During summer they have a beautyful natural open-air pool with cool water from the mountains.
