Superb location. Enjoyed walking down to the centre of town although had to puff a little on the way back up. The welcome on our arrival was friendly and helpful. Lovely spacious room and bathroom with attractive furnishings. Great views from the windows. Lots of nice touches. Good bed side lights which are adjustable and you can plug in your phone to recharge. Appreciated the mineral water in the room. Breakfast in the café was extremely good. Anything other than small muesli and fruit salad is huge!

Room was very nice, but USB sockets are needed. English language TV channels would be nice, but the hotel is in Germany and German is the native language. Bed was comfortable but needs a double duvet instead of 2 singles. Bathroom very nice, well laid out..

A lovely hotel in a quiet part of Fulda, within walking distance of the centre. The room had modern furnishings, a small safe in the closet, a desk, chair, and comfortable double bed. The breakfast was a typical Continental-style, with plenty of fresh bread, assorted cheeses, cold meats, fruit juice, fruit and yoghurts, and a very popular coffee machine. Onsite parking is also available for a small charge overnight.

    My Dad served in Fulda during the early 1970s. It was a joy to go back and learn what an amazing and vibrant city that Fulda is. I enjoyed exploring it's cultural heritage during the wine festival and it was lovely to see so many of the site's I grew up hearing about.

    A neat, tidy and altogether welcoming city.

    A neat, tidy and altogether welcoming city. Most retail outlets lying within walking distance of the hotel itself. Worth seeing. Fulda is the departure point for buses to the WASSERKUPPE, which, if you don't know, is a centre for GLIDING & PARAGLIDING in Germany. The WASSERKUPPE is really worth seeing and visiting. You will NOT REGRET IT!

    I was only passing through and didn’t have time to visit Fulda. The hotel had everything I needed, and it was clean. The staff was very nice. I didn’t buy any breakfast, so I can’t say anything about breakfast.

    The room we booked was for 2 adults and 2 children.

    The room we booked was for 2 adults and 2 children. We did find that the sofa bed was small for both children. The car parking is fantastic, it was secured by gates and could only be accessed by guests of the hotel. Breakfast was great, had a lot of choices. All in all it was a good hotel, only negative was the small sofa bed.

    So much too see in fulda! The barock buildings are amazing. Also great for shopping...little boutiques! Many restaurants for every taste...and the ice cream parlours...fantastic! The surroundings of fulda are also worth to visit: wasserkuppe, vogelsberg, kreuzberg, schloss fasanerie ...many walking possibilities! Theatre, live concerts!!! Just visit...you will not regret it!

    Fulda is a lovely city with a nice mix of Old Town and...

    Fulda is a lovely city with a nice mix of Old Town and beautiful buildings along with newer shopping areas. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants ranging from modern to traditional old meaning people will find the right place for them. Fulda felt very safe when walking around and was a friendly place to be.

    German hotel rooms in this region are generally dull, square, little boxes with no character. This hotel breaks the mold! I stayed in an 'Edinburgh' themed room which was great fun and a refreshing change. The quality of the room and comfort of the bed was excellent. They also have a lovely outdoor seating area on the first floor with covered areas and heaters for when the weather is not great. I'll definitely stay there again
