I don't believe I was ever in a hotel I liked so much. I've stayed in more luxurious hotels, but this is the place with a soul. The room has everything you may need for both short and longer term stays. It is warm, cozy and calm. The staff is exceptionally kind. The food is excellent. Surrounding woods and villages are incredibly beautiful and the peace is priceless.

The room was large, clean and with all comforts. Our bed was comfortable and there's plenty of parking on the streets. Perfect location for a stop if driving to the north of Germany and to visit Bremen. Our dog was welcome and he enjoyed the space in our room as well.

    It's a very traditional German hotel with a separate building where the rooms are. Very friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was extraordinary. Haven't seen such a big one in a long time
