The exterior + interior is beautifully designed and everything is well maintained. The location perfect for business+leisure, close to a major highway as well as the old town. The check-in process is seamless and there is lots of parking available nearby, including the hotel's own park.

I love coming back to Schloss Montabaur. The care that the staff have for hotel guests, top-notch, not crowded spa area, massages, thoughtful touches around the place, very tasty food are all highlights every time I stay there. We went there this time for our anniversary weekend and it was absolutely amazing!

Really lovely breakfast on a balcony and the location of the hotel is ideal for us. The evening meal and a cold beer, sitting outside on the terrace, was perfect after a long journey. It is the staff though, that make this hotel a traveller’s haven… nothing is too much trouble. We have already booked our 2026 visits and are looking forward to them.

Tthe location was amazing, literally a minute from the A3! We could park a car and a van with a trailer comfortably and safely, which was a bit of a worry and probably not possible with most hotels… We were very pleased with the fact that check in was possible any time of the day and we could bring our cat into the hotel with us. There is absolutely no noise even though it is next to the motorway. This hotel ticked all the boxes for us! Two thumbs up for Serways Hotel Heiligenroth!!!

    This property is located in a beautiful setting with nice walks from the hotel. Eventhough our room looked over a lively courtyard-restaurant with a small stream running through it, we were not bothered by the sound. Nice modern bathroom with nice soap and shampoo

    Very good hotel in the countryside. Quiet and nice place in the old and refurbished mill. Restaurant in the hotel seems to be good as well but unfortunatelly was closed on Monday.
