Great location for transit towards Central and Eastern Europe at the beginning of the highway to Passau. Brand new, clean, modern, quiet. Housemade icecream and limonade on the house. Superb garden exceptionally well maintained - sort of botanic garden with local plants. Delicious breakfast, nice collection of teas, gourmet products. Confy beds. A lot of wood in the room.     Good hotel, outside the city center (more in the countryside), but, within 3 minutes you can drive to an S-bahn station, park your car and then S4 or S6 takes you to city center in less than 15 minutes. Breakfast was good, the restaurant at the hotel was excellent. And with warm weather, there is a lake (See) at 10 minutes walking from the hotel where you can swim in.

    We only booked this hotel because it was close to the Messe; we knew we were overpaying due to the concert there. However even at the regular price, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    The hotel is good choice for travellers. There is nice italian reastaurant nearby. It is clean. The rooms are small, but nice. There is a lot of parking places around.
