Very clean and comfortable apartment, good location for visiting Europa Park, Freiburg or Strasbourg. Check-in and check-out were smooth and uncomplicated (we appreciated the check-in with the key box, given our late arrival, detailed information). Would definitely return and recommend.

This property truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment is exceptionally cosy, immaculately clean, and situated in a prime location. The hosts were outstanding—warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Despite the high temperatures, the apartment remained perfectly comfortable, making our experience even more enjoyable. The convenience of underground parking was an added bonus. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay. A simple 'thank you' doesn't quite capture our gratitude!

    We were turned away by the hotel as were not vaccinated.

    We were turned away by the hotel as were not vaccinated. The receptionists said we should have looked up Google to find out if we could stay in that region of Germany.. I do believe that booking.com should have informed us. We had been driving for many hours from the Netherlands, I am 80 years old so was exhausted. Also the hotel should have told us before arrival. We carried on to Switzerland as the only option where we found a decent hotel. I am shocked to see that have since been charged the full amount by this hotel.

    The kitchen is very well equipped, there is a washing machine, so it is very convenient for a long stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is lovely, there is a parking space near the hotel, there is a supermarket and on Fridays in front of the hotel there is a very nice farmers market.

    Hotel location was great - 10 minute drive from Park Europa. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast had a wide selection of options. The room had a good AC, which was really essential when we were there.
