I was there to preach at the Christ Embassy Church and the people were really friendly and kind. Hildesheim is a lovely place full of friendly people excellent cafes and restaurants and simply a feeling of relaxation. On our two trips to watch the invaders American football team we have been lucky to coincide with a wonderful Craft fair in the Magdalene Gardens and then a music festival on the second weekend. A lovely place.
A lovely place. We came over to watch my son playing American football for Hildesheim Invaders. We welcomed by everyone we met and shown kindness at every turn. Lovely centre to Hildesheim (everywhere was in walking distance of the Ibis Styles hotel). Very sociable with cafes and a wide variety of restaurants. We had an electric day at the match on Saturday, and on the Sunday had an equally wonderful day at the Magdalene craft and garden fair near St Michael’s church.
