The location was fantastic, beautiful view, 1 minute walk down to the lake.. Breakfast was delicious with good quality local produce. Clean and comfy bed. We had a nice stay at the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was welcomed warmly by the host. Cant recommend highly enough. A well kept and equally well managed bed and breakfast where I’m sure I will stay again if I have the pleasure of visiting the area in the future.

The hotel exceeded our expectations - while the common space was a bit "older", the room was freshly rennovated, spacious and cosy. The balcony was convenient and the breakfast was very nice. The staff were friendly and radiated the "family feeling". Would love to return one day.

    The restaurant is run by Italians and they also take care of the breakfast so the coffee in the morning was amazing!! Real cappuccino like in Italy, this is really rare in German Hotels. In the evening we only had a drink at the restaurant but the staff was very friendly. Maybe it was just good luck, but the mattress was neither too hard nor too soft.

    The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and fairly quiet. Breakfast was cozy buffet-style, with coffee at the bar included in the price. Free parking on-site was a big plus. Hohenschäftlarn train stop is right across the street, so you can get to donwtown Munich pretty easily.

    It is a small hotel above an Italien restaurant. The room was nice and comfortable. Despite being right at the train station we couldn’t really hear any noise. We had pizza in the restaurant and it was tasty for good price. Overall the staff was very nice and friendly, especially at breakfast.
