Check-in after hours was hassle-free. The team sent me instructions on how to get into the hotel and how to collect my key because I checked in late. The room was beautiful, with a really comfortable bed and an excellent shower. You are not allowed to eat in the rooms, but there is a nice sitting area on the ground floor and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to buy food for your stay and cook in the hotel. The hotel has a really comfortable feel.

The cleanliness - you could eat in this house from the floor. I liked also the very engaged hosts and staff, they moved during my stay things around to make it more comfortable for guests. I will return.

Our stay at this lovely little cottage in a peaceful german town was perfect. Nestled in a serene, quiet area, the cottage with a little garden and delightful terrace that’s ideal for relaxing. The location is excellent, with a local train station just a few minutes’ drive away, offering easy and convenient connections to Berlin. We felt incredibly refreshed after our stay, as the tranquil setting and well-equipped cottage made it perfect for a long, restful getaway. Everything was thoughtfully provided—the kitchen was fantastic, fully equipped for all our needs, and the relaxation area were cozy This charming cottage is a gem for anyone seeking a restful escape with all the comforts of home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend it to others!

Hoppegarten is a place (?) near or a part of Berlin. Not sure. It has grocery stores, gas station, McDonalds and restaurant. A few (2-3) km in the direction of Berlin it has an enormous shopping mall. The place is "crowded) with beautiful houses in different styles. Great to look at.

The staff were incredibly friendly; we felt very welcome. Breakfast was also adequate, and they freshly prepared rolls and eggs for us whenever they ran out. The bed was a bit hard, and the room was quite small, but it was perfectly sufficient for an overnight stay.

The location is excellent for visiting the Gardens of the World. Situated on the outskirts of the city, it feels like a village. Public transport provides easy access to the city center, and the motorway is just a 5-minute drive away. We ate at the "Zur Glocke" restaurant in Friedrichshagen, which we highly recommend.

The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly. The facilities were good. Breakfast for under €10 was more than adequate. Everything was clean and in good condition. The only drawback was the somewhat narrow toilet. For me, as an average-sized person, it was 10 cm too narrow. Larger people might have more difficulty with hygiene.

We were there for a festival.

We were there for a festival. Transportation options weren't easy, as taxi companies said Hoppegarten is very remote. Improving the infrastructure, especially for people with mobility issues, would be desirable.

Beautiful, quiet location on the outskirts of Berlin.

Beautiful, quiet location on the outskirts of Berlin. Bus (10-minute walk) and S-Bahn (suburban train) get you to Berlin in no time. Perfectly adequate for us, although the bathroom takes some getting used to as it's all one piece of solid plastic, but it's clean!

Room was so clean and tidy. I stayed with my family. Hot and cold water were so good in bath. Breakfast was good enough when you compare with most of hotels. Reception personnel was so helpful for every needs. Car parking area was so wide and it was free. We used our car so I don’t have any idea for public transportation to Berlin city center. As a result, when you compare price and performance of hotel; it was highly recommended.

Silent place. The whole flat with all necessary equipment and small garden. It was warm and convenient in a cool rainy October day being in the house with warm floors. I could find everything I need having a feeling that I am just a guest at my natives or friends. A lot of small subjects of household make a feeling of bein at home apart from some hotel.

Friendly staff, issues were handled directly. Breakfast is good. Close to a kebab snackbar and 15 minutes walk to MC Donalds. Nearby is a park for a walk. Busstop is 5 minutes walk from the hotel but with limited availability (Sunday no buses!). Über to S-bahn stop Birkenstein is appr. €8,-
