Fantastic location in a gorgeous village. Close to public transport. Spacious, well-equipped apartment. Very helpful hosts who picked us up from the airport and gave us 2 bottles of the very good local wine. Such a beautiful region, we were completely enchanted. We didn't have a car and used the Konus Karte for free public transport and the bwegt.de app for routes and timetables. The train station is a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Everyone we met was very friendly.

Around New Year we like to have a little trip around the Black Forest and Alsace. This was our second time staying at Rebstock Waldulm and both times it has been our favourite hotel of the trip. The building is straight out of a fairytale, the rooms are comfy, the staff are lovely and the breakfast is fantastic. Can't wait to go back!

Kappelrodeck is beautiful and not too touristy. I could imagine living here to be honest! Nice selection of restaurants and a beautiful little konditorie. The people were super nice and friendly, no matter where we went and it is a fabulous home base to then go out and explore the area on hikes through the forests and vineyards. A must visit is the Zuckerbergschloss cafe/restaurant, which became one of our fave places to go. The Wine from the Hex Von Dasenstein winery is also excellent and well worth a visit to taste what they have on offer.

Beautiful location surrounded by vineyards. Ideal for many easy hikes. The Black Forest High Road with Mummelsee, Seibelseckle, and Ruhestein is easily accessible by car. We'd love to come back.

Located very centrally for further excursions in the northern Black Forest and France. Highly recommended Restaurant Hirsch - great value for money - super friendly service. Zuckerschloss is a must-visit!

It is not possible for us to make an accommodation assessment, on the way to the facility we had an accident in the Czech Republic and we did not get to the facility. We informed the accommodation facility immediately after the accident that we would not be able to get to the accommodation, but we have not received a response to date.

It's a very quiet and pleasant village.

It's a very quiet and pleasant village. It has a winery and a distillery, as well as several terraces and shops. There are two large supermarkets not far from the village where you can do your shopping. In one of the village bakeries, we were served in Spanish, which made it very interesting to be able to choose from the variety of pastries knowing the ingredients.

The apartment was very spacious and had an absolutely stunning view over to the west, over the vineyards and the village. The terrace (south) and balcony (west) were fantastic and the kitchen had everything we needed. We brought our racing bikes with us, and the hostess offered us to stall them in their personal garage. And about the location: we came for biking and hiking and we were not disappointed. Kappelrodeck is surrounded by vineyards, orchards and of course the Schwarzwald. We will definitely visit again.

Excellent hotel. Superb service with a smile. Great food. Clean and very comfortable. A stunning building in a beautiful area. Couldn't be better AND at less than half the cost of other hotels we have stayed in. We stayed here last year too and would highly recommended it.
