Great location, near airport. Clean room, comfortable and a large bed, very easy check in. Free shuttle service and we were able to go to airport on time and comfortable. The shuttle bus looks like a big public transportation bus so we were seated. We didn't have luggage as we had a connection flight in the early morning hours but there is large space for luggages in the bus as well.

I really loved the keyless entry, sent via SMS. Especially for short term reservations, I think this is very helpful. The biergarten outside was a nice balance to the 'hygenic' entry via code.

    The hotel was perfect. Breakfast is offered at times that work for early morning travel. We like the ability to stay the night before at the hotel & not worry about potential traffic jams the morning of our flight. The scheduled shuttles to the airport are great: they run as scheduled & take you right to your terminal.

    Close to airport with great bus service. Highly surprised about it's 2 star rating as it outperformed on friendliness and service some Ibis 3star plus we stayed in the past. Looking forward to our last night there before flying home

    Very great stay. Very helpful staff. Location very great right next to the bust stop and a few minutes ride to airport by bus (only 3 euros). The staff was super helpful and gave great recommendations. Maybe if checking late like I did, alert the staff earlier so they can support you well. They still supported me when I arrived, but a heads-up to them would have made things much easier. Overall very great stay.

    Excellent accommodation and great service, friendly staff. Room and onsuite (bathroom) beautiful design and very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. Would always come back and stay there again. Also liked the Wintergarten and property location adjacent to the river Main. Service personnel very kind and helpful. Good value for money and piece of mind setting. Location also close to airport, easy to travel with taxi or bus service 😀😀😀

    It gave us something to do while waiting for our flight.

    It gave us something to do while waiting for our flight. Otherwise theere is nothing close to the hotel. We walked down the river in a nice park. Spent Sundau afternoon with the community get together in the park. Ate icecream. All very pleasant.

    The hotel is right by the bus stop for the airport, so it was perfect for my early morning flight. The staff is wonderful, so konwledgeable and friendly. My room was big, bed comfortable, enough space for everything, clean bathroom. Definitely a great choice in Frankfurt, not just when one has a late night arrival or an early morning departure.

    We were stranded in Germany and told to book our own hotel. We did so, we didn't want to go into the city so we booked here. Was half built but lovely. Host was fantastic, welcoming and accommodating. Can't speak highly enough of him. His Dad was also awesome. Glad we chose here.

    Convenient location, Shuttle bus from the airport runs every 30min. Breakfast was great. So many choices. We arrived around 8 PM, so it was nice that the hotel had a bar where we could have a light meal.
