The staff at Villa Hügel are extremely friendly and attentive, taking care of every detail - receptionists, bar staff, maids, etc.: congratulations and thanks! The view of the city is priceless and the breakfast is exquisite. The hotel is super charming and intimate. Everything about Ibis Styles Trier was amazing - the location was superb (in e courtyard of a lovely refurbished historic building) - right in the middle of the old Roman city and easily accessible to the sites of interest. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel and the cost of the room extremely reasonable. Plus the staff were very helpful.
