Great hotel, have stayed here a couple of times. Staff are very friendly...the hotel is very clean and quiet and the location is convenient to bahnhof. The pizzeria downstairs is a bonus, great food, great staff with good servings and price. I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is at a good location- near the city centre. There is a REWE supermarket just across the street. The suit we got was spacious and warm. Communication was good and the hotel allowed us to leave bags in the room even before it was ready for us. They had left the room keys in the nightbox, so we could enter and drop our bags as we arrived early and the reception opens at 15:00.

The room we stayed in was pretty cosy, had a nice bed, a nice view of the outdoor area, and was clean. But the room was a great surprise. Down the road, there was a Burger King that was extremely convenient, and nearby, there was a Kaufland. The parking lot was a nice convenience close to the hotel. We stayed here mainly due to its close proximity to Europa Park. And for that, it was absolutely perfect. If you plan on going to that park, i'd recommend it to stay here if you're on a budget.

We stayed for 3 nights – a couple and 3 kids. The apartment was simply amazing! Clean, spacious, with comfortable beds. There's an elevator, extra towels were provided, and the location was excellent – just a 20-minute drive to the parks and 2 minutes to the supermarket. Great value for the price. Highly recommended!

My partner was in Lahr hospital so I flew over for the duration that she needed to be there. Because there was no real time frame for this it meant everyday I had to book a room instead of being able to book for the whole period. They were incredibly accommodating meaning I had one less thing to worry about. Clean rooms with comfy beds and a great service. Thank you very much 😊
