Lovely and super friendly staff! It is located in a more quiet town near to Cologne, around 25 to 30 minutes drive away. We had a very lovely conversation with Georgia and Mario, who gave us tips about where to eat, what we can visit. It is family owned and hence feels much more cosy, relaxed than the big hotel chains. The breakfast buffet was splendid! We got freshly cooked scrambled eggs, fresh tomatoes/avocados/fruits/bread and we felt pampered by Mario who kept coming around asking if we need more coffee or anything else. Wonderful people!

The staff were exceptional and went out of their way numerous times to accomodate us. The breakfast was top notch and one moring we left early and missed the kitchen staff, they packed a generous sack lunch for us!

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was top notch and my room was very clean/cozy. We were a large group of 11 and the staff was so nice to set us up easily so we could have breakfast and meals together.

    We reserved a hotel through Booking.com and made a prepayment! When we arrived at the hotel, the administration was not there, no one gave us the key to the hotel room, no one answered our calls and messages! We were unable to check into the hotel! We submitted a request to cancel the reservation, but they did not refund the money and did not reply to our messages!

    The hotel was good location for travelling further north in Germany. The atmosphere was really good. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Really enjoyed the experience even though I’m not big into football. Would recommend.

    The hotel is family owned with exceptional hospitality and service. We were warmly received and booked Dinner at their restaurant next door and breakfast for us. This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in.

    Location was industrial but ok, great benefit is grocery and train station near by. Hotel has a 24/7 chech in (super convenient) and everything in the room was very clean and tidy!
