There was a lot of choice for breakfast and the staff were very bubbly. The evening meal was excellent. We didn't manage to sit outside as the restaurant was very busy but it was still a great setting. Both our rooms had great views and the rooms were both of a good size. Parked in the garage, which was small but great and also allowed exit out of hours as we had to leave early on our last morning.

Outstanding comfort, beds very comfortable, stone & wooden walls - breathtaking! Charming bathroom with shower. Wide, dreamy window-boards. Nice view with river & some traffic (kind of right amount of vivid city feel). Right around the corner from the building lives spectacular history-tellings in various forms. Pellars, old buildings, statues, Cafés & pittoresk restaurants, arches, historic tunnels, slingering 500 year old streets that makes you humble. Therapy in it’s purest form 🤍

Breakfast was very good, especially the vegan spreads. The staff was super nice. We were traveling with our 6 month old baby and they prepared the babybed although we booked last minute. Very nice! Would recommend and stay here again.

Gorgeous location property.. great walking trails, friendly staff…especially Phillip.. wine was delicious as well as the food and buffet breakfast. Rustic winery ….will not disappoint.

Beautiful town.

Beautiful town. We need to research local holidays in the future as this is not the first time we have arrived in a local town when they have their holidays meaning a lot of restaurants closed. We did however gind a fabulous Indian restaurant.

We actually stayed in Marktbreit through necessity rather...

We actually stayed in Marktbreit through necessity rather than choice as it broke up our drive from Holland to Austria. However, it turned out to be a sweet, pretty little village, with some stunning buildings and beautiful gardens - it makes for a lovely stroll in the evening. The residents obviously take pride in their town so be prepared to take lots of pictures! It's very small, though, so staying for just one night was perfect for us.

There are posted signs to follow a walking tour of the city. The QR codes were great to read about what we were looking at. Easy to walk around the entire city in one day. Picturesque German village. Get an ice cream cone and enjoy the walk. Alzheimer's house was a fun addition to our visit.

Marktbreit is a fantastically cozy and beautifully situated town along the Main river. Vineyards up on the hills above the town, good restaurants and cafes, and lots of wineries in the area. Will definitely come again

The town was very beautiful, I felt very comfortable there.

The town was very beautiful, I felt very comfortable there. However, there could be a few more cafes where you can sit and relax (there are mostly bakeries where you can't really sit down). What's great is that there's plenty of free parking. I would definitely go back to Marktbreit :)

A very pretty village with some remarkable buildings.

A very pretty village with some remarkable buildings. There are a few restaurants, ideal as they are all within walking distance. Reservations are necessary as seating is limited. It's very close to the motorway and main roads, providing easy access to the towns and villages of the region. It's just a bit of a shame that the banks of the Main River aren't more attractively developed.

Fantastic old building, with a history from 1382! I'm 200cm tall so I had to duck going into rooms, but it was well worth it. Good local food and wines in the comfy restaurant. Parking with possibility to charge the car just outside the city wall (200m away) Virtually no traffic around the hotel.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of my stay considering the very affordable price. Nice single room with private bathroom with everything I needed. The rooms were clean. Very nice location in the middle of historic Marktbreit. The communication was efficient and helpful.

The hotel is in a very good location and has a large parking lot. We stayed in a large triple room with a large bathroom. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is standard and tasty. We loved it!
