What a wonderful part of Germany to visit. Simply breathtaking views all around. The room was spacious, clean, warm and very comfortable. The place has great access to the town on foot or bike. The host was very pleasant and gave good advice. Would stay here again

Property is clean, quiet and in a great location. It is well very equipped and perfect for travelling around the area. The kitchen is well fitted and the sitting room cosy and comfortable. I stayed for a wedding at Darsberg and thoroughly recommend. The host met me at the door and went above a beyond to accommodate an awkward schedule. All in all, fantastic value for money.

Easy parking as the hotel is on top of a multi storey carpark. Discount card for parking from the hotel. Wonderful warm welcome from the reception staff. Offered tea or coffee on arrival. Room clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with excellent service despite being very busy. Easy walk into town. Nice views from Room.

    Neckarsteinach is a beautful town on the Neckar River. Heidelberg gets all the press but Neckarsteinach (for me anyway) is a much more desireable location. Also, it has four castles/fortresses!

    There are many attractive villages along the river Neckar,...

    There are many attractive villages along the river Neckar, with castles up in the hills. Ideal for hiking and riding your bycicle along the river. This village has 4 castles, some of them still in private hands. Neckarsteinach is not the most attractive village in the area, it's a bit dusty and messy, but a good starting point for visits in the vicinity. My advise: Dilsberg ( a small village up in the hills), Bad Wimpfen, and of course Heidelberg.
