This was our second stay at Gasthaus Luthemuhle in Nettetal.
This was our second stay at Gasthaus Luthemuhle in Nettetal. The locality was perfect for a quiet stay in the German countryside. The food at the hotel is first class as is the wine selection. There is no elevator so a stay on the top floor is challenging but the staff are very helpful. They don't have an in-house laundry facility but do have a connection to a nearby laundry dry cleaning service which works well. These are minor criticisms of a first class facility. Situated just outside Nettetal the hotel is surrounded by quiet countryside ideal for walking and cycling. The outside area is very relaxing and the staff are very friendly and attentive. The room we had was very clean, quiet and spacious. Traditional German cuisine and okay selection of beer and wine. The rooms were really nice and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was great and tasteful.
