Staff were friendly and helpful. The place was quiet and close to the Herkules fountain. We had viewed this the day we booked in but the weather was pouring with rain. We stayed out in the rain with plastic raincoats to watch the water cascade at the Bergpark but decided to call it a day without seeing the rest of the park. Staying at this place we were able to go back on a sunny day and view the remainder of the sights. Not that if you have a plug in hybrid or a BEV all parking spaces here have charge outlets.

I booked a room for my sister with 2 children and 2 dogs. She was very satisfied with her stay at the hotel. It is located in a very beautiful place, there are friendly staff, all amenities are in the room. Everything was fine, but the location is great.

Very cozy hotel, beautiful inside and out. Had a fabulous sleep on the comfy bed. For us, the location was perfect, close to Sportcenter Nordhessen where we had an event. Staff very friendly. Really a charming place. Will definitely return for future events in that area.
