The location was very good, close to local amenities- Kurplatz and Conversationshaus, Restaurants, shops and beach and Rosengarten (for the bus) all in easy reach. The room (we chose the slightly larger option) was of a good size and overlooking a courtyard, nice and quiet, the beds were comfortable with a lovely bathroom and rainfall shower. The breakfast was very nice with a different fish option every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is dog friendly and dog owners can take their dogs to breakfast- but are sitting separately from guests without dogs. We didn’t check out the pool, but we did look at the sun terrasse which will be lovely in the summer. You can pay the „Kurtaxe“ at the machines near the Kurhaus or at the hotel.

Spotlessly clean. Stylish room. Ours had a huge balcony with a Strandkorb from which to watch the sunset. Room was beautifully appointed with coffee machine and kettle and tea a and coffee, not always available in german hotels. Breakfast was waonderful

The staff is very friendly and happy to help. The location is easy to reach from the Ferry, about 20 minutes walking or by taking a bus. Breakfast is excellent, with multiple options and very delicious food. We had a room to the street and it could get a bit loud late at night, but as soon as you close the windows, it's complete silence

All went very well, reception remained open for us as ferry was delayed. Helped us with our luggage, called taxi when we left. Free coffee in the morning.

    An amazing island - loads of great restaurants, stylish bars, very open and welcoming people, great beaches and a good dose of breeze and rain :-) The Friedrich and the Surfcafe turned out to be our favorite places.

    5 Stars – A Wonderful Stay in Norderney! Our family had a fantastic time at the villa in Norderney! The location was perfect — peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful details throughout the property. It truly felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy.

    Very friendly staff (nothing was too much). Location. Clean and tidy. Nice fruit bowl at entrance. My son enjoyed the dragon fruit. Large roof top area. Central lift to all floors. I heard one person complain that their room wasn’t made up at 16:30 but I knew the reason… understaffed. Not their fault as they really were keeping the hotel afloat. They really deserve a bonus for what they achieved. Don’t let this put you off booking as I’m sure a solution will be found. I enjoyed the breakfast.

    The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the town. Rooms are very clean but quite old. The kitchen is vell equiped ,you have everything you need. Very nice and tasty breakfast , differerent food ,everyone could find sth. The personel very kind and so helpful ,especially the nice lady at the reception desk.

    Did not partake in breakfast. The hotel was easy to reach from insel bus from the ferry harbor. It is also quite central to walk through the town. The sea is also within steps.
